Can I book an appointment over phone?

No. Appointments are booked on same day at Registration Desk in our Centre.

Do you have any arrangement for disabled person?

Yes, we have spare wheelchairs and our staff / volunteers are available for assistance if required. Yet, it is advised someone to come along with them.

Does it take long to see a Medical Specialist?​

Generally, the waiting times could be up to 30 to 45 mins depending on doctor's actual visit time and number of patients. We make sure our patients have hassle-free experience.

What is the process if I have to come for a visit?

See someone at Inquiry Desk > Registration Desk > Payment Desk > Wait for your turn > OPD Consultation / Other Services.

Note: We recommend you to call us and enquire before coming, to save you some time.

Do I have to pay every time I visit or can I use my health plan/insurance?

No. Your first payment to see a Doctor is valid for 8 days (which means, you can visit the same doctor without paying again within first 8 days of your visit).

Note: Additional charges for any allied health services, medications, pathology, digital procedures, etc.
